1、 Sealing
The upper cover is composed of suction cup, rotary manipulator, cylinder, rail and other parts.
The equal gap movement is realized by the precise cam splitter through spur gear transmission. The filling bottle is turned to 360 ° from the star disk, and then the upper cover, cover and rolling mouth are realized in different positions of the star disk. After the completion, the bottle is rotated by the star disk and output by the conveyor belt.
The upper cover is located at a specific position by the suction cup. The manipulator sucks the cover under the action of the cylinder. The manipulator rotates to the specific position, presses the cover on the bottle under the action of the cylinder, and turns the 36 ° mouth rolling knife to roll the lid to finish its action. The lifting movement is realized by the cam mechanism on the main motor drive shaft and the upper gear lever mechanism. Its power source and star disk power source come from the same main motor, so as to ensure the coordination of its action. The unique sliding mechanism of the rotary cover head not only ensures the screw tightness of the cover, but also prevents the cover from being twisted and crushed.
