Just pour the bottle cap into the capping machine, and the cap dropping machine will send the cap into the slide in order. When there is a bottle passing by, the cap will be taken away automatically. The machine adopts electromagnetic vibration with high speed and low voice.
The capping machine is only applicable to one specification. The slide or the whole capping machine should be replaced according to the size and shape of different caps. The bottle with automatic cap is brought into the capping station by turntable, and the capping head falls down automatically to cover. Automatic capping machine and capping machine are the same working table. Stainless steel material is used for table top and surrounding, which is beautiful and durable, and conforms to GMP standard.
According to the requirements of customers, the single head screw cap is used to screw the bottle cap positioned by the magnetic moment capping head. This machine has strong practicability and is an ideal equipment for bottle capping in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and pesticide industries.
