Washing, drying, pouring and rolling line is a high-quality and high-yield linkage line specially designed for oral liquid production in accordance with GMP standards. The linkage line consists of qclx40 vertical cleaning machine, gmsu-400w mesh belt tunnel sterilization oven and kgzx8 oral liquid filling and rolling mill. The process of ultrasonic rough washing, water and steam alternate high pressure spray washing, drying and sterilization, filling and capping can be completed. This connecting line is equipped with advanced instruments and meters at home and abroad, which has the characteristics of high production capacity, high process quality, stable and reliable performance and beautiful appearance. This machine is suitable for the production of different specifications of oral liquid, and the machine composing this connecting line can be used alone.

working principle
After 80 seconds of ultrasonic cleaning, the bottles in bulk are sent to the lifting pulley by the bottle feeding screw and clamped by the manipulator. Then the bottle mouth is turned downward at 180oC. With the large turntable turning clockwise, the spray (steam) pipe with spray needle is assembled at the bottom 6 of the large turntable to track and insert the spray needle into the bottle for secondary circulation according to the procedure Water, primary compressed air, primary fresh water, and secondary purified compressed air are sprayed. At the same time, water is sprayed outside the bottle to complete the bottle cleaning process. After washing the bottle, the manipulator will turn the bottle (bottle mouth upward) and send the bottle to the tunnel oven through the paddle wheel. The production capacity of bottle washing machine is controlled by frequency conversion speed regulation, and the timing coordination of each process is controlled and adjusted by PLC program.
The bottles enter into the mesh belt tunnel sterilization oven. The bottles are first sent to the preheating section by the conveyor belt, then pass through the high temperature (sterilization section) and cooling section, and finally pass through the back laminar flow section. The bottles are sent out of the oven to the oral liquid filling mill. The bottles are heated by the gold coated quartz heating tube on the upper part of the mesh belt and the stainless steel fin heating tube at the lower part. Through the high temperature (sterilization) time ≥ 4 minutes, the speed of the mesh belt is controlled by stepless mechanical speed change. In order to prevent pollution, through the front and rear laminar flow composed of medium efficiency, fan and high-efficiency filter and the exhaust air at the tail, the 100 grade protection of the bottle in the whole process of sterilization is completed and the temperature of the bottle out of the bottle is not more than 40oC.
The bottle enters the filling mill, and is fed through the track and variable pitch screw, and then into the 8-head filling plate through the dial plate, and rotates clockwise. The feed liquid is supplied by the glass pump, and the liquid is filled by tracking the needle and lifting. The bottle filled with liquid is sent to the 8-head capping turntable through three reversing turntables, and then rotates. Eight flexible three knife rolling heads are used to track and tighten the aluminum cap (rubber plug) on the bottle products. The aluminum cap (rubber plug) is arranged in sequence by the oscillating material and sent down by the track. The belt is sheathed on the bottle mouth during the bottle conveying. The filled oral liquid bottle is then sent out of the machine to the bottle out plate by the bottle out turntable.
